Mila is the founder of PaperEgg Consulting and author of Peer-to-Peer Leadership: Why the Network is the Leader. An enthusiastic philanthropist who seeks to cultivate young minds as well as organizations, she travels and works around the globe. Mila partnered with a real estate developer to design and manage an innovative, state of the art 7000 sf corporate childcare center for working professionals as part of a major downtown corporate development project in Cincinnati, OH. She and her team started the first sales management training and development department at Ethicon Endo Surgery a Johnson & Johnson company; with her team designed and launched the first Pfizer Global Coaching Program and with colleagues launched the first World Bank Fast Track Program for young finance professionals. A former world class NCAA swimmer and based in the mesmerizing Tokyo Metropolis, Darryl is a creative design and branding expert with 15 years of experience in print and web design. His formal academic background as a fine art photographer and graphic designer and his love of music, led to his current passion and drive for exploring and cultivating creative solutions to our modern day challenges in work and life integration. His areas of specialty include web design, user experience design (UX), art direction and collaborative space design. He has worked for both large U.S and European companies and small startup companies.
